Refund Policy

All fees are non-refundable once your service has been delivered. For an evaluation, this means once your athlete evaluation report has been sent to your email address.
 

If you wish to cancel before any work has begun, contact us at info@d1evaluations.com within 24 hours of payment. Approved cancellations will receive a refund of your payment, minus a small administrative fee to cover processing.
 

Once your Athlete Intake Form has been submitted, or once a session has been scheduled, your service is considered in progress and no refund will be issued.
 

If you have a concern about your completed report or session, please contact us at info@d1evaluations.com and we will work to address it.
 

D1 Evaluations is committed to delivering honest, professional service. If we made an error, we will make it right.
