Refund Policy

All evaluation fees are non-refundable once your athlete evaluation report has been delivered to your email address.

If you wish to cancel your evaluation before submitting your intake form — contact us at info@d1evaluations.com within 24 hours of payment. Approved cancellations will receive a refund of $157 — your payment minus a $40 administrative fee.

Once your Athlete Intake Form has been submitted your evaluation is considered in progress and no refund will be issued.

If you have a concern about your completed report please contact us at info@d1evaluations.com and we will work to address it.

D1 Evaluations is committed to delivering honest professional evaluations. If we made an error we will make it right.
