D1 Evaluations was founded by Rob Poleki, a former Division 1 athlete with over two decades of experience playing and coaching football.
Rob is the Co-Founder of the Huddle Up Foundation where he has spent years interviewing and building relationships with Division 1 coaches and athletes, NFL players and their parents, college recruiters, and the top position trainers in the country.
While conducting those interviews he kept hearing the same thing from parents. They were lost. They did not know what the next step was. Single parents were unsure what decisions to make. They were doing their best but had no roadmap. Nobody was giving families a straight answer.
So he built one. He took everything he learned from years of conversations with the people inside the game and created a system to evaluate football players and guide parents through the recruiting process so no family has to figure it out alone.
THE RECRUITING PROCESS HAS CHANGED.
7th and 8th Grade - Most parents think recruiting starts in high school. It does not. College coaches are tracking athletes this early. This is where the foundation gets built. Miss this window and you are already playing catch up.
9th and 10th Grade - This is the most important window in the entire process. Coaches are building their boards right now. Film matters. Measurables matter. Character matters. The athletes getting offers junior year did not start preparing junior year. They started here.
11th and 12th Grade - This is where most families panic. They look around and realize the recruited athletes have been on coaches radars for two years already. The window is not closed but it is narrow. Every game counts. Every rep counts. There is no more time to figure it out.

STEP 2 - SEND US FILM
Submit a link to your son's game footage. Our team made up of former Division 1 athletes and coaches evaluate your son’s film. Not a computer. Not an algorithm. A real person who played or coached at the college level.
STEP 3 - RECEIVE EVALUATION
Within 10 business days you receive a complete written report including his official rating, a full breakdown across five categories, an honest verdict on his recruiting path, and a personalized 90-day plan to get him closer to earning a scholarship.
